No updates to the downwithup.com web site since January 30th can mean only one thing... we're too damn busy! It's been an eventful month, that's for sure! Good times and bad times.

In the end, when things get a tad overwhelming, Griffin... the downwithup.com mascot... seems to know just what to do. Throughout her six years she has done it all, and yet it all seems new again. Griffin has seen the old "flick the elastic band down the hall" trick a million times, and yet she becomes a kitten again as she scampers down the hardwood after the bouncing band.

And when in doubt... wash. If life starts bringing you down, the world becomes just too much, just wash and have a sleep. Griffin has an incredible knack at finding the warmest spot for sleeps... her place in the sun. Be it a sunbeam on a stack of pillows, or a swath of golden rays across the floor... she's on it!

So just remember the wise ways of the house cat... choose your battles, have fun, look at life with renewed enthusiasm, and sleep at least 16 hours a day!
